HP W1340/1480 Series products chip upgrade notification

    According to the monitoring of chip suppliers,HP released firmware version "002.2419A"on June 18, 2024,

which may cause printers usingW1380/1480 series replacement chips to display a“Non-HP Chip Detected”error.

1. Subsequent shipments of our products will be changed to upgraded chip.

2. Some older versions of W1380/1480 series chips may be affected. For details, please contact oursales manager.

3. Please advise end-users not to manually upgrade firmware from the official website and disable the HP Automatic Update to minimize the upgrade risk.

4. If customers have found the involved products cannot be recognized by their applicable printers.Please contact our sales manager immediately.
