According to the monitoring of chip suppliers, we've noticed that HP released new firmware versions "002.2404A" and "002.2404D" on February 14,2024, on its official website.

This has led to some replacement chips in the W1380/1480 series on the market experiencing unrecognition issues.

1.All W1380/1480 series products currently shipped by us remain unaffected by the firmware upgrade.

2. Some old versions of chips in our W1380, W1480, and W1510 series may be affected by the upgrade.

3. We recommend customers inform end-users to disable HP Automatic Update and refrain from actively upgrading firmware from the official website to minimize firmware risks.
