1、low temperature and high humidity

The toner cartridge has relatively high requirements on temperature and humidity. If the printing environment is too low or too high temperature,

it will easily affect the printing quality.

At this time, it needs to be placed in an environment with a temperature of 10°C-30°C and

a relative humidity of 20-80% for at least two hours before use.



2、Damage to key parts

If there is a gray background in printing, it may also be a defect of the Primary Charge Roller or Organic Photoreceptor.

Of course, it may also be due to poor magnetic roller, wear and aging of the blade, but in either of the above cases,

it is necessary to replace the damaged parts before use.



 

3、Bad high voltage power supply

Poor high-voltage power supply will also affect the printing,After eliminating the problem of the toner cartridge itself,

you can consider whether the high-voltage power supply is the problem. If the high-voltage power supply is not good,

you need to contact a special person for maintenance, or try to replace a different high-voltage power supply.

 

4、Bad print media

If all the above reasons are ruled out, you can consider whether the printing medium is bad. Poor printing media means using inappropriate printing paper,

such as special kraft paper and so on. Some printers cannot print special paper, then choose suitable paper for printer printing to solve the problem of gray background.
